OK guys so today I've got a few domains banned in just a matter of half hour using the viral apps that are now available everywhere. I had 5 apps set up on the same domain, none of them got banned just the domain itself.

Went on and changed the domain, settings and everything. Started promoting the apps again and again domains banned, all of them, had one different domain for every single app.

I am certain that its not accounts or proxies etc since I use one proxy and one pva account for each of my apps, and of course accounts haven't been roadblocked or disabled, as I mentioned app still up as well. Few minutes after 2 of the domains got banned apps also disabled.

Wierd? FB on my tail ? lol

Anyone today noticed a mass domain ban?

I got 6 .info from godaddy last night with private for just over $7.00

Are you really sure that the domains get banned and not the IP they resolve to?

apps are pretty much dead. nothing sticks anymore. all the easy money was already made

My domains were the only things blocked, besides the apps being deleted. I am dipping the toes in the water trying something a little different, as far as how spread out I am to stay under the radar for as long as possible. So, my new domains are addons with my main domain, and they are working.

EDIT: to clarify, my main domain was not used on FB, the blocked domains were addons.

So you create something like http://addondomain.com.primarydomain.com/ ?

How long is facebook taking to delete the apps at the moment btw ?

Do one app per domain and you'd be safe then. Anyways, facebook has gone terribly hard. Pages die so quickly, apps getting deleted quickly. :(

I did not do a subdomain, if I did, they would of likely blocked my main domain.

I was thinking of trying some free hosts. I had one just about working, it tried to connect to the sql and though I had the localhost set right, it could not connect.

I wonder if they would ban all from that free host if they would delete and app.

Free host is not a good idea. First of all those are freaking slow! Also, once your app gets viral and you start getting good traffic you will be needing more server resources. So a Dedicated or a VPS with Multiple IPs would good. I have had burned up Level 9 VPS from Hostgator to 100% CPU usage for few hours. Who knows if users start liking your app and the free host spoils everything! :D

how many gigs of ram is a hostgator vps9?

free hosting wont work because they use php safe mode

You're sure someone would need a $210 server to run an app ?

I just got neoapp and i'm intenting into trying it on a freehost (f*r*ee*h*os*tia) to earn my first bucks online.

If it gets really viral you will lose much more in lost traffic.

True that! And do not host any images on your server. It really burn your bandwidth when app goes viral.

apps are pretty much dead at this point. if you're like 95% of people your apps will die long before server space will become an issue. my advice is to start with a cheap vps plan and maybe upgrade later.

To be honest the past 48 hours I realized that even a free host will do for most apps. Out of 7 set up in 48h none are alive at this time and none of them passed 200 users. This is becoming pretty boring.

The point of this thread is to see how many members here actually do get to a decent number of users on their apps until disabled. I tried anything possible to keep the app alive.. one pva/proxy/domain per app.. changed server IP ..etc must know what I'm talking about.

If anyone is getting to say more than 1000 users on their apps I would be surprised please post if so.

I easily surpassed 2,000 users on over 7 apps, each.

I tried neoapp and tried to run a batch with just my account, FB deleted the app and roadblocked my account. With just 1 user. neoapp is encoded, so I am using a nulled version (I bought the encoded version), because of hard coding in the encoded part. I think one dead giveaway is the canvas page having neoapp as a folder. Makes it easy for FB.

I am running 6 apps and I am up to 95 and 155 on two of them. I am starting to pick up steam. This is with tinie.

Page wall posting is important, but the post to the installers wall has higher value. Back a few days ago I had an app I had not touched in like 5 days, I still was getting 500 installs on it, of course before Fb killed them all.

I should add, the first sign of trouble, well of course it is too late at this point, but it is when you are logged out automatically, you know you been had.

if you gather a bunch of tokens you have to eventually make a wall post or the app is pretty much pointless? i know some ppl get 1000's of tokens on an app and then make tons of of posts at once
