Cloaking is not the only way. If you have an active ad account with an active facebook page, you can easily get any ad approved instantly..However cloaking helps with manual review, without a cloaker your ad will be removed and ad account will be banned in 2-3 days.

"weight loss" "fat burner" etc are forbidden keywords in the supplements ads niche
You should use other words and images which will of course make people to understand what your product is about.Take a look over the bigger players in your niche

Supplements as niche is allowed but you have to be careful with the products and words you are advertising xD

if facebook does not allow weight loss products ads, what can I do if I want to sell weight loss?
Should I run a fake ads's campaign about ''phones'' and then redirect them to the website which based on weight loss?
