Cloaking is not the only way. If you have an active ad account with an active facebook page, you can easily get any ad approved instantly..However cloaking helps with manual review, without a cloaker your ad will be removed and ad account will be banned in 2-3 days.

"weight loss" "fat burner" etc are forbidden keywords in the supplements ads niche You should use other words and images which will of course make people to understand what your product is about.

Take a look over the bigger players in your niche
