i think am paying to much for FB ADS,and little but no conversion..any recommended solo ads site that's in my budget reach.

you can also reach out to bloggers base in your niche to promote your products/site to their site
You can buy churn and burn fb ads account
You can buy adwords and bing ads account
and also do revcontent and taboola.. (i guess it was $1500 for 1 month advertising)

What does it mean spending "too much" and takes "too long"? Try to be more specific if you want a help or an advice.
FB ads are hell of a tool, but you'll need to master it to bring the desired results.
Are you trying some drop shipping method or your product?
