I'm new to Fb Ads, for a month now I didn't get any sale in my store. I have questions regarding the fb ad objective I'm told always to use WC and choose the "Purchase" event, but I have no sales to collect data, so should I try another objective like PPE and then move conversions or what I'm really confused?

Nope, always go for Purchase. You have to make a good product research and test some interest.

a site but I have no pixel date to choose the conversion objective.

Doesn't matter if you haven't píxel data (everyone start like this) if you want to sell, you will have to recollect data, it's basic. You can start with PPE for 1 or 2 days (3$) and go broad with your audience (about 10M-20M) and if the post have a good interaction, go for Purchase an try some interests.
