FB Ads not spending on all adsets.

i created campaign yesterday on fb ads and it got approved real quick. but in last 24 hrs the campaign is spending on only 2 adsets that too with extremely high CPM.

its also showing 0 active ads from 24 hrs.

please if someone has experience with this problem, kindly provide me solution.

Advertise on BHW
The initial high CPM is always high for the campaign to distribute to customers, you can check some factors such as pixels, audience, fanpage, advertising content, ... optimize it and the price will decrease.

OK the cpm is understandable but what about no spending on other adsets? They have big audience than these 2 same creative, fanpage is fine. I don't know what's problem here...
 
Today I also have a slightly high index compared to previous days, but you can also change the content, tagert, .. and try to optimize it.

It would be better if you reset the campaign and change the main image and content
 
Change different content and images to see the difference in performance. Consider expanding your target audience or changing your geography to increase your chances of showing your ad.
 
The conversion price this time is a bit high. In some countries it's 0.5-2$/1 result, in some countries it's up to several tens of $/1 result. It depends on your budget to set a limit
 
You can try to change your content/image or target audience to see the difference, maybe your current content/image is not enough attract
 
You have been on camp for 24 hours, it takes time to distribute ads. If the camp continues not to spend, you can change the ad content and images
 
I think this is because you are setting a bid limit, please remove it,

Your advertising campaign is not spending money due to the following reasons:
- Due to running time and time zone deviation
- Because Target objects are too deep and overlapping
- Due to bidding too low
- Low quality of advertising accounts

Those are the reasons that most advertisers encounter and I have shared the causes of no-spend ad accounts that I know.
 
I think maybe your card Insufficient funds or your page limit spend, you should check both. You also raise spend limit
 
The campaign works without spending
You can check if the pixel is set up correctly, the fan page still works normally and is not banned.
If everything is fine, copy the campaign and publish again, it should work
