FB Ads - Can't Create More Ads

Hi, I have a problem with FB Ads - FB Ads Account.

I made an ad that wasn't approved because of policy violations. And it looks to me that it stopped all the ads I had on the Ad Account. I think I used copyrighted video or music or whatever - so this is the reason I believe they stopped my activity.

But the problem is that I can't create more campaign on this account and also I can't ma a e new ad accounts.

I read somewhere that if I disable the account it could help but when I go to the acc settings, I can't see disabled button there (on the other ad accounts I can see it).

The second thing I'm solving here is that I made the same ad with the same audience with the same targeting but different ad copy and image that was not donwloaded on fb but the ad wasn't approved aggain and it was made on the other account.

So now I am in the place where I don't know where to go - should I try to solve it with FB support centre or is it a stupid idea?

Do you guys have experience with this type of problem?

This is what shines at me at the "banned" ads account: "Your ad account has been flagged for policy violations. Any ads you're running have been turned off. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us."

Any advice?

sorry to break the bad news but 99% that this acc will be never reinstated. If you contact them they will just send you a cookie cutter email saying that you breached their policy, that it will stay deactivated and the decision is final.

No worries, I'd rather get killed acc and can go onto new one than just sitting and waiting what will happen. I'm curious about why I can't advertise the same thing in different ways in another ad account that is what bothers me the most atm.

What?

If you account was locked for policy violations, it might be the reason you are not able to create ads.
Time to move on!

This is how it looks like in the Ad Accounts Settings.
What I'd like to know is where can I activate the account because it says "go to the ads manager and reactive your account" - unfortunately, there is nothing like that in the ads manager.
So, I can't make another Ad Accounts since there is a warning next to a "banned" Ad Account.
Any idea or experience?
