What's up?
I own 2 digital marketing agencies.
One that helps service businesses get more customers via an automatic funnel and increase the medium value per client through continuity programs.
One that I just opened that will focus solely on helping e-commerce brands (selling particular products which solve problems) position themselves as an authority in their niche via education-based digital marketing.
Having to manage large and smaller budgets, based on the economical possibilities of the client, I noticed commonalities between the campaigns I ran and scaling techniques that, if violated, can really mess up the Facebook algorithm and throw your money into the toilet.
(My toilet is huge plus I have a bathtub which can handle 8 people, so if you ever feel the need to waste some money, I'll send you my address)
THE ONLY KPIs YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO:
- Impressions
- Clicks
- CTR (Click Through Rate) **Influenced by 2 things: Image/Graphic which is the "stopper" and Copy which influences the decision to click
- CPM (cost per thousand) and Relevance **This data will tell you how your audience is reacting and receives your offer
- Results (based on objective) **Traffic Campaign->Clicks - Conversion Campaign->Conversions
- CPR (cost per result, based on objective) ** Conversions-> CostPerConversion - Clicks ->CPC
- Frequency (I noticed that the sweet spot is around 4.00, if you show your ads too much you will lose the chance to ever sell and just piss them off, don't Tai Lopez or Wix people)
- Reaction (this will tell you how your ad is being received on Facebook)
- Website Actions **Ex: Number of conversions in a Conversion Campaign
- Cost Per Conversion **This is based on the effectiveness of your Landing Page
TESTING RULES:
- Start with 1 audience at a time (don't over target at the beginning)
- Start with 5$/day per adset
- Test Copy n1 with Image n1 with Audience 1
- TEST 1 VARIABLE AT A TIME AND DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY TO THE TOILET
EX: 1st Adset = Audience1 - Copy1 - Image1
2nd Adset = Audience1 - Copy1 - Image2
3rd Adset = Audience1 - Copy2 - Image1
And so on...
- When testing, leave the adset running for 24 to 48 hours before taking a decision to either kill it or scale it, don't think with your balls, your brain is bigger!
- Review your KPIs
- Eliminate losers
SCALING RULES:
- When you've identified a winning adset scale the budget to +5 to max 20% every 24hours, don't go over 22%, I tested it a million times. IT WILL MESS UP THE ALGORITHM!
- If you wanna scale faster, duplicate your adset maintaining the same budget
- If you need to change anything in your adset ALWAYS DUPLICATE IT AND APPLY CHANGES TO THE NEW ONE.
DON'T EVER APPLY CHANGES TO AN ADSET WHILE IT'S RUNNING, YOU WILL THROW YOUR MONEY TO THE TOILET
The end.
I'm sure this will help a lot of people. So if you have any questions just hit me up.
**ATTENTION**
Due to the increase of clientele I got in the last 2 months I'm having trouble handling all the work, so I'm going to need some help.
Right now it's me, strategist - chief copywriter - salesman, one person that manages the advertising (Linkedin and Facebook) and one that designs Pages and Funnels in ClickFunnels and Wordpress.
**I'm looking for:
1 Facebook advertising monster for the Italian Market and 1 for the English speaking market
1 ClickFunnels Designer for the Italian Market and 1 for the English speaking market
Hit me up here if you're interested and we can talk via Zoom.
I will talk in a couple of hours with a guy from here that has an agency.
