replace a new card, and try with a new campaigns. If not, I recommend finding better ad accounts

Bro, it's Meta's fault, you should create a bait campaign, while the campaign is processing, you should change the tag.
 
Maybe your account has some payment issuses. You can try:
  • Update your payment info.
  • Check for policy violations.
  • Contact Meta support for clarification.
  • Make sure there are no outstanding balances or account issues.
 
The best way now is to add a new tag and create a small budget campaign and wait for it to work again. Everything will be back to normal.

Currently hold will be a meta feature and the threshold will be slowly increased to only 10% to avoid non-payment. To limit hold, you need to have long-standing accounts with a spending history and also related to your domestic bank card, change if the hold happens frequently, good luck)
 
Meta’s been strict lately. Could be billing, policy, or a random flag. Try a new payment method or contact support.

Your account has been held and not spent with the old payment method
Please use the new payment method or use an account with creditline method
 
You can go find a company that has an old spending account that will help you do that, you should try with an older and healthier account.
