FB account permanently restricted - what to do? Please, help

FB changes hourly and updates continuously. you should adapt and update everything

Tell them it was a mistake and you are taking all precautions to avoid errors and making it community-friendly. I highly suggest to talk with them in ease else it can be life ban
 
I don't think that you are able to do anything more. You can try with live chat but probably you are not going to have much luck. I also suggest you to make or buy a new FB account.
 
I think you should just forget the permanently restricted account. buy some aged accounts and start your BH road! :D

Is there a link or source to get this acocunt and how does one avoid getting banned again and again

Yeah that's totally true nowadays.
 
you broke FB TOS - forget about the account, let it go and
buy a new one and start again, and try not to break there TOS
