Hi, so I'm not gonna type my full story of what I did - but in a nutshell in 2019 I run one campaign for 5 minutes (selling my own e-book) - just to see how high my CPC would be. Ultimately I didn't run any campaign from that moment. 1 Year forward I wanted to launch remarketing campaigns for my e-commerce business - but I was restricted.

That wasn't a problem though - because I had an option to submit an appeal with my ID verification. I did it all and after 5 weeks they got back to me with a message:

"After a requested review of your Facebook account, we confirmed it didn't comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards. You can no longer advertise using Facebook Products. This is our final decision."

There's no way I can reach FB support - when I did like 6 months ago (when it was an option here in my country) they just responded in the live chat with same copy pasta message that they are deeply sorry about the situation and bla bla bla.

The support center basically tells you nothing you can do in my situation, so I'm turning to you guys - did someone experience this and found some solution for this problem? I'm really tired because I'm basically running all remarketing campaigns via an agency, and it kinda sucks :) I want to be able to run FB ads for myself, or even my clients.

Sorry to hear that. Facebook will be getting harder and harder every year.

Thanks. Yes it is getting harder and harder - but I'm completely white hat you know.. I would get it if I would try to go around some rules and promote some scams - than it's understandable that it's harder and harder to get around rules but what happens when a guy like me wants to just retarget some e-commerce stuff and etc.. And you have no idea who to contact, because there's basically nobody there for you from their side.

Hello. You know I work with Facebook and see that situation every week at least. Because of that I use more than 20 accounts per week and constantly see this. Well, you just need to buy new account and run your ads. But you need to do that "like as person" for FB.
P.S.: really sorry for my English

The thing is that both white hat and black hat guys are on the same platform. Their algo is unable to detect correctly, so basically what you are looking at here is just buying or renting accounts for long term.

You can get through to a live person if you you click this message does not help someone will normally reply back a real person within like 1 to 2 days .

Well yes, but what about agencies, or ecom companies or whatever.. I see that this problem occurs only with individuals.

Really? I mean in the article on support centrum somewhere or where it is?

we need to get used to this

facebook is forcing white hat people to turn to black hat... when you have no idea how to get back your real account, you will have to use fake accounts to continue your business.

Yes really Facebook support in my thoughts has been worse like crazy over the last 5 or so years ago you can get account banned or into temporary banned for more less anything for example a guy was running big scam so I called him a Scammer then he reported me for bullying him. You should be able to find it if you say support did not help you unless it changed from the last time I used it.

I know a few companies, they use much more accounts than I every month

You can only create another account. Facebook they will not reopen for you in this case.

Don't waste your time talking to Facebook, the account has been permanently blocked. Now buy another account and a verified business manager if possible, that's ideal.

And get used to it, that's the reality, we have to manage dozens of facebook accounts, proxies, BM's, etc...

Learn your lesson: try to find out real reasons of such ban.
Forget about that account
Create new one
Take into account your previous experience and try to avoid actions which can possibly drive you to ban.
Good luck!

You can try this in the past I reported Facebook support for being a racist against Highlanders and Ferret people so they restored my account within 2 days

I have always followed their regulations with my white campaigns, and I have always been banned. that's why I became Black and I only advertise campaigns and offers with cloakers. paradoxically I have less ban with black. absurd.

It really depends on your definition of white campaigns. It's all about your ad copy now lol
