Hi, so I'm not gonna type my full story of what I did - but in a nutshell in 2019 I run one campaign for 5 minutes (selling my own e-book) - just to see how high my CPC would be. Ultimately I didn't run any campaign from that moment. 1 Year forward I wanted to launch remarketing campaigns for my e-commerce business - but I was restricted.
That wasn't a problem though - because I had an option to submit an appeal with my ID verification. I did it all and after 5 weeks they got back to me with a message:
"After a requested review of your Facebook account, we confirmed it didn't comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards. You can no longer advertise using Facebook Products. This is our final decision."
There's no way I can reach FB support - when I did like 6 months ago (when it was an option here in my country) they just responded in the live chat with same copy pasta message that they are deeply sorry about the situation and bla bla bla.
The support center basically tells you nothing you can do in my situation, so I'm turning to you guys - did someone experience this and found some solution for this problem? I'm really tired because I'm basically running all remarketing campaigns via an agency, and it kinda sucks
I want to be able to run FB ads for myself, or even my clients.
