I have stopped watching sports some 3 years ago, so I'm not really up-to-date on this topic anymore. And I also know that you don't want me to mention the GOAT(s) Nole and Rafa, but it's true: Djokovic and Nadal are my favorite tennis players ever... in THIS order (well, Djokovic only slightly more favorite, like 5% more favorite )
Aside from these 2 dying legends I don't think any other player will ever be able to accomplish what these monuments have accomplished, but I will do say that I've liked Medvedev in his 2019 final against Nadal. I don't remember where the final had been played, though, but the Russian player had really impressed me and I think he's got a bright future in front of him now that Nole and Rafa are getting old. Of course, it's up to him if he wishes to match the legends' performances but the talent, it's there....
