fat diminsher subscription

hi guys,
in 17/9/2017 someone buy 3 week diet product by my affiliate link and subscribed for fatdiminsher product , first month free and then $79 per month , in 17/10/2017 the subscription is still active but no payment yet , it's doesn't show up in my dashboard or in payment schedule , i need to know why ???
please check the attached photos .

No money in their bank account, so CB can't process a payment.

no money in their account but if ever they load money on the account and subscription is still active you will still get sales unless they cancel

Hi there, have you thought about using a different CRM provider? I run all my campaigns through Limelight, and they have a reporting feature that will actually notify you and attempt to rebill the customer at later date and time. Let me know if you're interested in talking more.
