Fastest way to lose weight?

    Hello BHs,


    When i want to lose weight real fast, i eat lettuce and drink water for 5 days and i hit the gym... i did it 6 times this year only and it works perfectly, but i passed out three times FML!

    I am not a weight loss expert :p and i am not the type of guy who loves the gym....

    any advice on how i should lose weight quickly ( other than hitting the gym)

    Lower the amount of calories you eat.

    Start by counting how many calories you eat on a normal day. Then the day after eat 100-200 calories less. Continue this until your eating 500-600 calories less than on your normal day. This should see you lose weight.

    Also eating slower makes you feel more full up and as you eat slower you eat less than you normally would.

    Finally eat empty foods such as rice crackers etc and avoid carbs and fats lol..

    ALWAYS go to the gym and run and do cardio, end of the day the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories each day than you consume.

    Note im not a doctor this is just advice,for proper medical advice please seek a doctor thats not on BHW :)

    Thanks buddy! That's great advice... i ordered one of these cardio machines (supposed to be here in a week i guess) and trust me BHW is far better than a doctor, a lawyer and even a president :D

    I did a 1200 calorie diet / day for 3mo and lost ~35lb.

    Drink warm lemon juice+ honey first thing in the morning. It will help you to detoxify faster. I have lost 8kg in a month with healthy eating, exercise (Power Yoga) and this method of drinking lemon water. All the best.

    Ps: Don't go on crash diet. It is like doing Black hat in a wrong way, one wrong move and your life is fucked :D

    I am also trying to lose some pounds like 40lbs. There is this video i have seen on netflix. its called sick and nearly dead. google it. Side effect is weight loss and no gym.

    Googled it... seems interesting ... especially that fat blender ... i wonder how it would be if you mix that with gym ...hmmmmm

    Its pretty simple, burn more calories than you consume, and your body will start burning off fat, which is it's reserve power source.

    1) You can reduce your calorie intake by eating less, and more healthier foods.

    2) You can increase your calorie burn by doing cardio, running/jogging is pretty much the oldest proven method.

    If you do both 1 and 2 at the same time you will see results faster, but either one by itself will show results long-term.

    take a thermogenic like oxy elite pro, those pills give massive amounts of energy, curb your appetite and help aid in burning more calories faster.

    i take these when i want to burn weight fast they work very well and are rather cheap.My first week i dropped like 10 pounds with no effort at all.

    I watched the Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead on Netflix, that night I couldn't sleep so I got up and ordered a juicer. I'm doing a 3 day juice fast every 2 weeks or so. Just finished up my first 3 day fast a few hours ago and I feel fine.

    I recommend going on a juice fast (watch "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" for more info on a juice fast) instead of lettuce and water because lettuce and water is used if you are body building and do it a couple of weeks before a show to get extra lean. Juice fast is more healthier because you are getting massive amounts of vitamins and minerals + the antioxidants that your body needs which is the building block of protein. This should keep your weight down and a healthy balance so you don't pass out any more.

    On another note, you do want the fastest way to lose weight which is not eating at all... good luck with that.

    look up Etkins diet...I'm on the 31st day and already lost 8.6kg ;)

    the main idea...drop bread, sweets, potatoes or anything which is full of carbohydrate...you can eat much meat as you wish...

    you can easily find a table with the carbohydrates in each food...try to minimize it and you're good to go...

    also, make sure to take vitamin c, some kind of multivitamin and drink magnesium...

    it works for me, it will work for you too!

    Damn I wish I had that problem... Whats the advice on GAINING weight... I eat alot, regularly and drink protein shakes.... Still cant gain a pound lol.
