Hope this isn't too noobie of a question.
What is the fastest way to get rent-stable off online income?
By this I mean the fastest way to be able to quit a job, or at least have enough money for a humble/cheap place to live + wifi and enough food?
Thanks for any direction.

It is important to choose the area in which you can earn. What suits you and there you can quickly make money.

"Fastest" and "Stable" are quite often incompatible. Do you want a high-risk opportunity in order to be "fastest" or do you want to be stable?

There's risk in everything. Nothing in life is permanent or guaranteed.

My advice - focus on building something legitimate, stick to something instead of jumping on every new shiny method, course, idea, etc. Be consistent, expand your knowledge and put in the work that it requires.

The absolute fastest way? Move. That's what I did, moved from the coast of California where I grew up to a little town in butt no where. Bought myself a 3 bed home for $36,000; paid cash but a mortgage would have been like $150/month or something ridiculous. It's often easier to spend less than it is to make more money.

At that point it becomes extremely trivial to make money online and make ends meet. I could get by easily on $500/month (maybe $750-ish now with the food being more expensive) and virtually any online business can make that. Affiliate blog, porn websites, re-selling stuff on eBay, trading stocks/options/fx, etc. I've done all those at some point.

Is it a glamourous life? Some would say not but I like the freedom of waking up, going for a walk through the farm lands up and down the canals, fishing in the river, and basically doing whatever the heck I want. If I wanted I guess there's nothing in particular stopping me from scaling a business up but I like my easy life.

Trulia, Realtor dot com, etc. Set the max price to like 50k or whatever you want to pay and drag the map around with the checkbox for redo search in displayed area. Then just search for places you think you might like.

by becoming JRVIP guarantee your income will be stable

Out of curiosity - how do you deal with friends, family and partner situations?

You still have to proofread and edit AI content down before posting. Its only blacklisted if it is crap content and you copy and paste everything without checking things over. Use AI content as a tool.

I live with my partner and friends and family I just drive. I’m not too interested in giving out my exact location but I’m only 2-3 hours away from Los Angeles and still in California.

I have about 20 years IM, forget stable and learn to be agile.

Some years I will make all of my income in 3 months of the year and spend the rest on whatever the next thing is.

Stable is a job.
