Think about what you can do.
the risk of not getting your money is high, also, you have to wait about 2 months to receive any money either way so unfortunately, it's not an option for me.
I'm originally a designer/editor. there's no way to make such an amount fast from services like these, unless you're working for really high-end clients.

There is nothing 'black hat' about selling leads. If your email list is valuable (aka a warm buyer list) then you simply contact relevant people/companies who will gladly purchase it. If it's just a random cold email list, it is of little value. You are not going to be able to sell it for 5 -10k.
There are no clients that will pay $500 for quality edits these days unless you're an authority or have big social presence or a ton of reviews. people used to pay those amounts in the past but with the rise of Fiverr/Upwork, there are ALWAYS guys often "from India & Philippines" willing to take less than half the amount and deliver great quality. where they live, they can afford it.
I'm talking from experience as I've been in the freelancing world for 2 years, if this was a viable option I wouldn't be posting here.

There is no easy way around. Although you can try going to the casino that might be quick but you need experience on that.

Even with UpWork you could make a decent amount of cash if you were smart about the industry you provide services for.
In my experience programming, WordPress development, content writing were some of the skills I could acquire only with perserverance and time.
Take into the account you may be suffering from unknown mental conditions.
I am not a doctor, but this is my honest personal advice.
Don't self diagnose either.
Your anxiety, social issues or whatever you have can stop you from getting up from your bed. Or thinking long term in this case.

Hopefully your debt isn't one that will cost you 10x of what you have lended.
Just get a job for 3 months and do it.
Otherwise it can end up badly. Sitting in court because you did something wouldn't be worth it.

If you can, ask whoever you borrowed the money from, to spread it into smaller, regular installments.
If you can't pay it and someone is threatening you, just leave the city of your residence.
You are an adult and you must work for other people sometimes.
Otherwise you will cheat, steal and become a piece of a tatter.
Job interviews aren't really difficult.
You just need to be kind and behave like a human.
Tell them you are some sort of a webmaster and social media manager.
You have a mixed set of skills which can be very useful in communication.
Explain to them whatever you've done in your journey.
Prepare yourself for 100s of questions. It's like an exam, but more interesting.
They will believe and let you work in their team.
Even remotely in a different country if you are living in a small city.
Just keep initial conversations quality high and behave professionally.
