I know whant you mean. I used to know a person who would make a cold call to a company in the niche he collected emails and sold the leads to this company but his emails were very targeted warm leads, by which I mean he had previously emailed these leads many times with successful results (=sales). Only in that case he was able to sell the leads. In the case of the emails that have just been scraped, I don't think anybody/any company would be interested.

there's some way to make a bit of money (20-50$ per day) without any investment but 5K$ per day WITHOUT a single penny ?
It's look pretty hard almost impossible, imagine you have a cpa offer which pay 30$ per CPA you'll need 166 conversions so if you convert like 0.5% of your audience, basically you'll need to bring 33200 persons through your landing page or offer to earn 5k$.
this calculation is purely theoretical

But if you are asking here, you probably don't have the right knowledge. And it's not something you will learn for free with a thread like this. Don't get me wrong, I hope the best for you as your situation is really hard, but it would be for the best if you were realistic about this. Would be great if you could prove us wrong, but consider a alternative plan.
