Faster and shorter or slower and longer?

Is it generally better to have the bot work faster and shorter, or slower and longer?

I could do both right now and have the bot rest at night, but which method is safer?

Depends on the algorithm the website has in place. Twitter, Instagram, Google, and Facebook all have different trigger points. The goal is to push your success without going past their predefined markers for shutting you down.

I don't know any more. My settings were slow and steady, and all my 18-month accounts got PVA'd the past 2 weeks.

Humans don't follow 5-20 users every half-hour for 16 hours a day, every day. Also, I think humans follow a large amount of users fast, ie with the IG suggested followers I can follow 100 of them no problem, and I don't wait 3-25 seconds inbetween each one, its less than a second in between each follow..
