I can confirm cloudways is awesome. Their payment system is kind of shit, though.

What are your revisions set at?
 
Upgrade your PHP or call and ask them to do it.

I would suggest you use godaddy. The main reason why is because they are number 1 provider of hosting. Also majority of successful internet marketers use godaddy
 
How much traffic does 1GB digital ocean and cloudways support?
 
I have a large website with 400k+ posts. I'm wondering what would be the best option for me.
I'm using WP-Rocket for page caching and 2GB Digital Ocean droplet with Plex. Load time is still around 6 secs which is no good.
 
My strategy :) for WP+woocommerce

- Dont buy branded host.
- Find local provider and you will get the same for less.
- VPS or shared must be on SSD!
- Dont use cPanel , you can do all you need for less money with DirectAdmin.
- Dont use premium cache plugins, try fast velocity minifiy and cache enabler (keyCDN) -> fast, cheap and simple...
- Change Apache with nginx (free) or litespeed (paid) even better you will not need cache plugins above
- Redis object cache
- Optimize images
- Choose good theme or all mentioned above is useless
- Dont use image-sliders above the fold

Transfering domains+hosting from godaddy to namecheap and wpx on progress...
 
My first choice is siteground due to its speed and reliability.

Second option is hostinger, again due to good speed servers.
They are the cheapest as well.
 
It depends on the country you are checking.
Also, it has major security breach a few months ago.
and company who owns 000webhosting will not be good any time for me :)
But everyone has a choice to choose that ever he wants.
