I would suggest hetzner. The registration is a little over the top sometimes, but as soon as you are in, they offer really good prices on shared webhosting

digitalocean or vultr, you get a decent vps for 5 usd a month, and they perform better than most regular webhosting

get a VPS regardless where you get, but make sure you install on it LiteSpeed web server, improvements you will see are huge!

I dont think namecheap servers are slow.
I would highly suggest you to test your site at gtmetrix and share the results with us so that we can better guide you either its namecheap or your wordpress

-good budget --> wp engine, mediatemple
-low budget but good server knowledge --> vultr (REALLY fast, ssd, unique ip for just $3.5), digital ocean, linode

Neither of the above: can't really help, rely on caching plugins.

as the report shows, your site is not slow nor the server is, 2 secs loading is absolutely normal.

I recommend Cloudways. It's a managed cloud hosting service so you don't need to know Linux systems administration.

What you do is to deploy a DigitalOcean droplet on Cloudways, create an application and then import your Wordpress site using their plugin.

A 1GB VPS only costs $10.

I used to be with Namecheap too before moving to Cloudways.
