No it's not free.. but the proxies they are selling are worth the money.

If you want quality you should not be cheap, it does not fit together.

Can you make money using proxies ? Then get good ones. Because usually TIME is what matters and not a few bucks.

Do you just want to play/test around or can't make money with them then use "public" proxies and play around until you've a working method to convert then go for a better solution fitting to your method.
