If you want quality you should not be cheap, it does not fit together. Can you make money using proxies ? Then get good ones. Because usually TIME is what matters and not a few bucks. Do you just want to play/test around or can't make money with them then use "public" proxies and play around until you've a working method to convert then go for a better solution fitting to your method.
