I think it's nothing complex, and I don't know if it's better to find a theme that already has a sidebar or to get a light theme that supports a "floating sidebar" widget. Which is the best choice? For example, I think that maybe a theme that comes pre-installed with the sidebar may also have many other complex (and useless for me) functions that make the site heavy and slow to load.
Do you have any advice or opinion?

Astra Pro looks like the perfect solution to you. Astra is leightweight and can be customized based on the thing you've written above.
You can create custom sidebars (or even use Elementor Pro to design posts / page templates).

In the meantime I have installed OceanWP just to see how it looks. I find it ok but I would like to hear your tought compared to Astra, whick all of you seem to recommend.

Hi mate. Having a willingness to create something is always cool. Just keep it up until you succeed.

Just a quick piece of advice. Don't try to make your site super cool looking with fancy design elements and stuff. Make it simple and lightweight. Google is a machine, it gives zero fuck for how cool is your website. It just reads HTML. Put everything into content and research (niche, audience, keywords, competitors).
