I am glad that you choose that niche because It has lots of returns. Women have the habit or culture of shopping everytime. I will therefore say that you are at the right place. To get traffic and more people just seeing the site, I will advice you to use social media more often. They are free avalable credible sources of traffic that you must utilize.

Congratulations on your new online store. There are lots of ways to drive traffic to your website. Paid traffic will work only if you know how to work on it. Social media ads is one othr option where you can get lots of traffic if you share viral and top trending news.

The other option would be getting backlinks from niche relevant sites by means of guest posting. This way you can drive organic traffic to your site. Make sure you outreach to high quality blogs in your niche and publish top notch articles.

Could anyone give me a example of paid traffic so I can pay facebook, google, or any other ppc to advertise for me properly? Also should I make a facebook and twitter account for my website to advertise it properly? Thanks everyone.

Besides paying for the traffic, i'd suggest you to create an account on all the major social media sites, where fashion is big. Those are instagram, pinterest and tumblr. You can either hire someone to build your accounts or you can do it yourself with specific bots or online tools, but you don't even need tools, just a little bit of free time to build the accounts manually.
Head over to the social media section of the forum for guidance, tips, best practices, latest limits and what not.

Create and develop your social account on all the platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr... etc. The fashion/shopping is always a good niche and there are lots of shopping lovers around the world. You can join the interactive groups such as related to your niche and share your new designs and posts about your store over the social media and gets the visitors to view it.

Trying with paid service such as PPC, Facebook ads also the good way to earn the organic traffic to your store. Make some offering for your products and show your newer designs with the help of your social account to pick your customers.

    Pretty much. :)
Try to find medium sized accs in your niche and follow their (most recent) followers or follow by hashtag.

Post good content too with relevant hashtags, so people can actually find you and will stick around.
Also, following is just one kind of action you can do, don't forget about liking, commenting, and other site specific actions, like reblogging on tumblr, retweeting on Twitter etc.
So practically use every site to its fullest, just don't go overboard with anything or you will look pushy/spammy.
