When writing FAQs for every page of a website which things do i need to consider?
Currently when crating FAQs for any page I usually think according to visitors perspective. Is this the main thing or do i need to include something more.

there's no right or wrong way of creating FAQs, you just write whatever's needed / important for your visitors to know that you didn't talk about in the main content.

But I would not create a FAQ section for each page of your website, I've heard someone a few months ago that google have started penalizing sites that overuse schemas. Whether or not this is true I couldn't say since I've never abused schemas on my sites, but if it's true... well... you might consider not doing it

Think about what your visitors would want to know, answer common questions clearly and concisely, organize the FAQs in a logical way, and make sure you cover all the important topics.
