"My Conversion Rate is too High! Help Me Lower and Stay Under the Radar"
This is an extremely common question, so I will try to be thorough:
Buying Junk Traffic - This will lower your conversion rates by sending traffic that will not convert. Most commonly used when running BH campaigns to avoid suspicion by Affiliate Managers. Also, be sure to keep your earnings low and spread out over many networks to avoid "having all of your eggs in one basket" in the chance something goes wrong.
The main reason is that with BH leads, 99% of the time, nothing will convert on the advertiser on the back end. So by keeping your earnings low, you will keep them from caring enough to not pay you for the leads.

Also, plan ahead when you are starting a BH CPA campaign, as you do not want your conversion rates to be extremely high, then buy junk traffic later on. This will raise eyebrows. You want it to look as natural as possible, so try to have both BH traffic and the junk traffic start coming in at about the same time.

"I heard about DMR, What is it?/What is Double Meta Refresh?/How do I Double Meta Refresh?"
DMR (Double Meta Refresh) is sending your traffic through a process that will remove the referrer and make it blank so nobody knows where your traffic is coming from. It will seem as if someone directly typed in your affiliate URL in their browser.
This is also known as "blanking" your referrer. Commonly used for both BH and WH leads, to avoid your Affiliate Manager/Network/Advertiser seeing your referrals/keywords/methods. Only major network I can think of that has a habit of not accepting DMR type traffic is Commission Junction.

"How do I fake the referrer?"
Faking the referrer does exactly what it says, instead of showing where your traffic is actually coming from, you can have it show whatever website you want. This is my favorite over blanking the referrals, as you will usually not get as many questions asked.

"I was doing so good with email/zip submits, now my conversions are crap, what happened?"
This is a common occurrence with email and/or zip submits. Your conversions are most likely being scrubbed.

"I heard about iFraming - What is it?"
iFraming a CPA Offer is involving taking a regular CPA offer(Such as a free iPhone) and making it more desirable by changing how the page looks. Whether this is by adding an incentive, or a picture of Harro, this will increase your conversions.

"How do I use BHCB/Wordpress Guardian to make monies??"
BHCB and Wordpress Guardian both work on the concept of blocking a user's ability to see your content until they fill out a CPA offer(normally to prove that they are "human").
So all you really need is content that people want, a great way to do this is Google Trends.
Anytime there is a video and/or pictures(sex tapes, music videos, celebrity scandals, new photos, etc.), upload whatever it is people are looking for and block the site with your choice of content blockers.
Now you just need traffic, and a fantastic way of getting ranked in search engines quickly for Google Trends keywords(a tactic I have used many many times) is Yahoo Answers. Simply post a question/answer with good keyword density, and post a link to your site with the content in the answer.
