Ok I thought I should contribute to BHW my idea as it just came to me last night, the whole thing pretty much...
Silencer's Blank and Crop!
I'll keep it short and sweet:
What you will Need:
CakeSlice OR GodCPA, I have uploaded it for you all HERE:
Enjoy.
We will be using CakeSlice in my tutorial.
And of Course, an Email Submit CPA offer to frame.
Now here's how to do it.
1. Grab your CPA offer (with your ref link in it of course)
An example one looks like this:
2. Now go to CakeSlice.
My offer is in the US, so if you're not in the US, you can't see it, and THUS, cannot crop it.
So grab a free public US proxy (I use socks24)
3. Select the area of the email submit.
It should look something like this:
Then click the little "export" button.
You see all that code?
It should look something like this:
Well notice the bolded part? You will be replacing that.
Take the offer url there, and go to:
EDIT: CLOAKREFER ISNT WORKING USE REFERER.us
Or
And blank it (just follow the instructions).
Now put the new link in the code instead of the old link.
In my case, here's my new link using cloakreferer:
Now put that new link in the code.
It should look like this:
http://moveto.ws/snwmb9u2v
Now just insert that html in your site.
It should look like this:
(If you can't see the page you're not from the US 
)
Ok now you're finished!
That's my Way of Hiding the Referrer. Now you're Affiliate Manager's won't see your sources. But remember to ROTATE OFFERS FREQUENTLY because email submits don't convert for the advertisers!
