Hello, I would like to ask a question about fake DMCA reports.
My content was taken down by Google due to an abuse of the fake DMCA reports, and I previously succeeded in having the content reinstated through the Counter Notice form.
However, the same page got hits the second times and is de-indexed, and this time the content cannot be restored via the Counter Notice form because Google’s response states that they have already responded to a request concerning this URL.
"We have already responded to, or are in the process of responding to, your request to restore the following URLs
We ask that you not send previously-submitted URLs in future notices."
I heard there is a way to recover the page even though it got hit several times. But in my case, the second counter notice doesn't work.
Is there really a way to reinstate the page when it got hit the 2nd times?
