Fake comments for wordpress

You can get a creator at : http://www.opcodevoid.com/fake-comment-creator-word-press-plugin/
this will allow you to quene up comments to post than drip feed them , it handles creating users and passwords and auto approving comments.
Can also post comments in the past.

If you want to make use of spam comments, it's very simple. In you child theme functions.php add the one line of code below just before the closing tag and save.
remove_filter('comment_text', 'make_clickable', 9);
This removes the clickability of the comment, useless to spammers but providing you with a new comment. all you have to do is make sure your comments are set to manual approval in your admin. Now under comments on the left hand side go to quick edit and change the name and edit the comment section to what you want and then approve it. You have comments kindly supplied by spammers.

Why would you want them on your blog, In my opinion fake comments are easily spotted, if you're site is old enough, spammers will come and comment on your site, then you will have more comments on your blog than you can handle, good luck

Yes fake comments are easily spotted so that is why you go to quick edit and write a decent comment instead of the spam comment.
