No I would not buy. The keywords it's ranking for are dead giveaway. All junk keywords. It's using some automation to do google search and inflate the search volume for those keywords.
 
It's an expired domain with social media pages, company directory listings, legit backlinks, etc. Google considers it to be an authority. Someone bought the domain and made it into a whitehat news site. The traffic might be fake as they're hardly getting any traffic for keywords and most of traffic goes to home page. I can decode majority of their strategy and it seems to be working fine.

surely bad for long term , but harsh truth mostly all are doing and selling fake stuffs .
 
Try to rank on Google mate not in Ahrefs
 
Don't be naive, guys...he is probably trying to inflate fake stats and sell a shitty website with fake traffic
There are enough newbies that can fall for this scammy strategy
