Just check manually using google dot com search bar... kw in "quote" must be less than 50,000 and allinurl : kw less thank 10,000 and allintitle : kw less than 10,000...
It's easy to get rank

I agree the G-Tool is only the first step and Market Samurai is perfect for this. You need both of them for an accurate campaign.
Try to use free Semrush,of course GKT also suitable for this, but I like SM

traffic travis is a good free alternative for analyzing top 10 results.
They give some good stats about the top 10 results. How ever if you can afford, market samurai is the best one..
