Currently, many people when adding payment methods to Facebook advertising accounts have switched to prepaid but cannot top up prepaid to run advertising campaigns
I have switched to using a shared advertising account from BM2500 BM10000 and found that it is no longer the case
The advertising campaign is working normally again
I think Facebook is preparing for another incident in the near future

Using higher trust BMs like BM2500 seems to get around the problem for now.

I think it's a bug with personal accounts. I never had this problem with BM.
