I use it daily for like 12 posts a day on my page and it fails like once a week
 
How do u add videos to facebook albums? Also how do u post videos that DO NOT show links thumbnail and description? I just want the video where friends can play it.

you can simply open the photo in new tab
it will display in old style
 
Not a 'hidden feature' of Facebook, but an app called Social Fixer will fix your page properly with lots of great features. Just Google it. :)
 
actually call option is a very nice feature, i'd totally use it If I needed to

Videos go into their separate folder.

You can click the 'cross' when you are posting the video.FB shows a preview of the thumbnail and you can either upload your own or choose to not show any thumbnail at all.
 
Video Calls, are really useful. I like the comment as page option which can be used to grow the likes on a page.
 
Create Smartass App -> Make Them Authorize It -> Send PM through all their friend's friends friends
