I think your account cannot be restored anymore. You should rent it from an agency so they can support you. When your account dies, you will be granted a new account immediately.

fb scans so many accounts are dead but i can appeal it normally
 
You should check the permissions in the accounts to have the right to appeal the account. If not, make a list of locked account IDs and ask SP Meta to support the appeal.
 
You should review your products and advertising accounts. Do not change to a stronger account and set up a new advertising campaign.
 
Nowadays, you can easily get banned if you don't manage it in a right way, using the right methods. Especially when FB is extremely unstable like this. I even have to prepare a lot of backup plan in order not to get sh*t on by FB

My account was running fine for many days before, then suddenly it died in series.

facebook has scanned very hard recently, maybe your campaigns violate FB's policies and impossible to send appeal... let's try changing content and use a stronger account
