bro here is a picture of my account disabled with no appeal button.can you tell me how i can remove this restriction?

Have you tried contacting fb support team, they can help you appeal when the account does not show the appeal button

I have done this with some accounts that have the same problem but the result is no change.

what product are you promoting, can you tell me? i think it is because of your product that so many accounts are disabled

These accounts are very difficult to return to, you should replace them with other accounts
 
Recently, this situation happens quite often, please use a strong account instead to minimize being scanned by Facebook.
 
You try to change the account type to create a campaign, you can change BM, old account, ....
 
It maybe that, engaging with Facebook support through chat may yield better results than simply submitting an appeal

Your account is permanently disabled, please use verified BM accounts with spending history
 
This situation has been quite common and frequent since the beginning of the month. If you think your account has been unfairly restricted, you can submit an appeal to Facebook. However, in your case, you said that you cannot appeal, it is possible that this feature has been locked by Facebook for your account.

maybe your running product is too heavy.your accounts can't handle that weight
