Facebook Video Call to Action Tricks - Question

Hello Everyone,
I would like to kindly ask for some help regarding the Facebook videos call to action.
I have seen a few pages that are doing it and I was researching the web for 3 days but there is no information at all about this matter. It will be very helpful for me if you can help me find the solution.
What they are doing is:
Posting a video on their facebook page. When the video is clicked using a mobile, it has a click to action which will redirect you to their website and the same facebook video starts to automatically play on top of the website header. If you return back to facebook it will also start to play. (So, what I can see is they do not simply use an image, but the real video). If the video is clicked 3 times and redirected to the website, then the video automatically disappears from the header.
Note: when being redirected, the video plays before the website loads.

Use power editor to create/post the video. Upload it... then view the ad on facebook (where you normally would edit the comments).... and share the video on your fan page. Coz it will be hidden.
