There are two way:
- FREE METOD : ask directly to facebook with their form that you can easy find the page asking google
- PAY METOD: ask some agency to do the job for you
FREE METOD: high bounce rate from facebook, unless you are a famous people / company, you need to have high rating point on interaction, and a high number of follower / like under your post and so on.
PAY METOD: many agency have a direct contact with facebook and they can ask better the verify, because they litteraly give to facebook TONS of money on advertising and facebook is "kind" with the request that come from someone who give him a very huge ammount of money

You can find somepeople in the marketplace that do that.
Although, if your page is legit, I would suggest you try to do it with the official methods.
