You should use 2-3 backup profiles to keep BM or you can use a profile account that has verified your identity with Facebook to minimize the risk of your account being locked.

What kind of account? Can I just create a burner account? Could I use a parent or friends account to attach to my BM?
 
you can buy them, verified fb accounts will have their verification expired after 1 month from the previous verification. The important thing you need to do is use many Facebook profiles to manage your BM. If a Facebook account has its advertising rights restricted, you will not lose access to that BM.
 
Even though it is a verified account, it can still be banned. This is Facebook's mandatory policy

yes if they are reinstated/verified then they have very less chance of getting ban again. create a bulletproof setup to run ads stably, which includes adding 2-3 profiles per BM. use multiple BM for different purposes like 1 BM for ads, 1 BM for page and 1 for pixel.

Next time, you can share your account with 2-3 different profiles before using it, or you can buy pre-verified accounts to use, but also need to share with other profiles for backup.

Please share the BM with at least 3 familiar people to also manage the BM

Advertising accounts can backup multiple profile accounts, you can use 1-2 profile accounts to keep BM

You should share your account to another profile to avoid your account being hacked
 
From my experience, Facebook Business Page (and Ads Cabinet) access can be shared between several accounts, and the safest bet is just to include some of your colleagues' accounts to the shared access
