FB doesn't run a display network ad like in Google AdSense.
If you want to monetise traffic, AdSense is pretty much the option to go with there. Otherwise, if you want to promote your site on Facebook, then the Facebook Ads would be the way to go. Note that the later doesn't monetise traffic directly, it's more for promoting your site.
