it's a month now, they said you were trying to someone else but I clearly stated in description its a fan page

One of my pages was deleted by Facebook and have no way of accessing it or trying to recover it. Hope you have better luck with this than I did lol

Well then gotta hope they consider your appeal and your page did indeed make it clear you're not impersonating the footballer.
It probably was the footballer's image rights lawyers who requested it be taken down.
