Guys, I read somewhere that you can only suggest pages to 49 friends at a time; selecting all the friends or >49 will result in no invitations being sent. Is this true?

I invited over 3000 friends from my account to my page at a time, the fan number grows a bit slowly, but it's growing till now. So it's working for me.

Wow, so it means that bots cannot bypass this limit? Some people claim that they can actually add as many as they want.
