Facebook Security question, Can not be updated!!

Facebook making their rules stricter by the day , now if you have forgotten your answers your done , here's what facebook has to say !

Damn Facebook with its security policies! And really, what to do if I've forgotten the answer to my security question? Write them? In this case they can think that I'm trying to hack this account. What's the solution?

its ironic their security policies keep getting stricter, yet with each update, some people's information is on public display..
with the last update i discovered that i had been re-added to groups that i'd left long ago or added by someone else. you should also check to see if you have been added to groups without your knowledge if you haven't already.
