Same problem here. Cannot find any solution! I have tried to send my passport id for personal account, I never got verification email or message that they are working on my request. It seem huge bug. Tried many browsers and devices still have problem.

This has been my issue for almost 1 month already. Submitted an ID, tried to contact Ads Chat support too just to have a "live" person to report the problem no avail. I tried mobile and pc and still not working. I'm hoping for a resolution too! this really affects business.

Hello guys i have the Same problem and 8000 peoples in twitter have the same issue and cant any help facebook dont answer we dont know what to do
