It seems that you're abusing Facebook system. Try to do everything slowly, wait for a few days between these tasks. For example: After adding your CC, you should wait 48-72 hours then try to run your first ad. Hope this helps!
after adding cards they suspend account now a days this is the issue what they are doing right now. so there is no chance to warm up the account is there any other way u can suggest
I've been testing for a while and this is what I'm doing: You need one trusted personal Facebook account - let's call it A (you can buy it or just borrow from friends or family...). After that, create BM on A and share the recently created ad account on A to another user (Let's call it B). Keep on mind that you always add CC or make payments on A. When you run ads, you always connect to your 3g/4g data and tinkle the ads on B, and use your B account to create a fresh new page and just run your ads on this page. In case your payments activities got suspended, just make an appeal and they should release your ad account and your payment after 24-48 hours if they keep blocking you after that, well the answer is just to keep appealing, I have a feeling that when your ad accounts got back from the appeal they become more trusted and it would be less hassle for you to run ads on this account.
