Is it just me or did Facebook Remove there AFFINITY Score?

^^ If they did, what metric are we supposed to use now to replace it?

Yes my source is.....when i go into Audience Insights and look...its not there anymore.

So i asked my friend to check...he says its not there anymore either.

So i have come here to ask if its just me or if its a big change.

^^Unless it was moved or hidden and i dont have it enabled.....Affinity is no longer there.

Wow I never even used this metric. What was it about? Some subject pleasing a certain demographic?

So not only did they remove Affinity, they removed the ability to preview your dark post ads.

How is this not a huge topic? One of the single most important factor when choosing Interest and no one cares?

I just realized it this morning! It shocked me and I am very confused now! I'm just a newbie and start searching and finding niche's community, and suddenly it happens!

I know that is off topic, but is anyone lately facing problems with ads? It doesn`t work as supposed i`m getting 0.16$ Per Post Engagement its not normal that what i had before 0.0X$

Well, there's nothing that advertisers can do yes? They got us by our balls

I noticed something similar, and to be honest I'm moving away from FB ads. Unless you have a pretty big budget it can be VERY difficult to actually make a solid ROI.

Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on what to use or do instead?

I find it Absolutely Mind-Blowing that people don't care much to talk about this topic.

It just goes to show you that this forum is 99% procrastinators that take no action.

Because anyone running FB ads at this very moment is affected, this is a huge metric that Facebook removed.

Hey, 1up, decided to make an account on here so I could post in this thread.

Anyway, I'm assuming this is an error on FB's part because the entire Audience Insights tool has been acting weird.

For instance, one of the interests I've been targeting has a wildly different set of pages in the "Top Categories" section now. Pages like Barack Obama and Kevin Hart are showing up even though they show really, really low relevancy in the "Page Likes" section and they haven't been there before this "change".

If this isn't an error and it really is an update or an algorithm change... then I dunno what to say. I sincerely hope FB isn't that stupid because this is gonna piss off a lot of their advertisers (and not to mention, potentially lower a lot of our ROIs which in turn will make us move away from this platform).

There ARE some people who are asking why the Affinity Score was taken out over in the Help Community on FB, but as you know, FB never replies to any important questions over there. (I've been trying to "upvote" all the questions pertaining to Affinity Score but that probably won't do much.)

So I guess we're all SoL until FB decides to fix this stuff or something.

I really wish we could contact a developer or admin on FB so they could take this up with whoever the f*** works on this stuff. It's a shame really considering we're the ones (advertisers) who are basically paying to keep FB alive (and their profits!).

i just checked my audience insights now and the affinity score is really gone

Yeah 99% of users must just be wasting time on this forum or maybe they don't use insanely priced fb ads.... Just because you use something and others don't prefer doesn't mean you should generalize a group of highly productive people

^^ Random outsourced 20 something from Pakistan working as a FB customer support agent saying it's going to fixed is not a credible source.

Good thing I got screenshots of a really good niche with the amazing affinity scores Fb pages yay

Does anyone have scraped data of affinity scores lol?
