Facebook reach dropped suddenly

Recently my Facebook page with 530k+ likes was performing great. Some of my links and photos went absolutely viral and reached over 100k people per post. But suddenly two days ago, all of my new posts are barely reaching 2k people. My old viral posts are still performing well but new posts are just dead. Normal posts used to reach around 10k people on every post too.

My other page with 25k likes is performing fine with no issues.

I have no violations on my page. My page isn't eligible for any appeal either. Stories of my page reach fine, but post distribution has dropped drastically and suddenly. I haven't received any notice either from Facebook on this. What could cause this and is there any way to solve? Please help.

Page Quality shows no violations. Haven't received any alerts from Facebook either.

facebook has their feed defaulted to “most popular” so most people only see “popular”posts, meaning posts with more likes and comments than others.

Probably on purpose so you don't get free traffic. They want you to pay for it. Same is happening with organic reach on Google SERP, YouTube, Instagram etc etc etc.

But a day ago it was reaching so many people. Posts were going viral with 100k+ reach on each post. Right now, those posts are still getting engagement but the new posts are barely reaching 1000 people.

Replying again as I can't find a solution. It is definitely some sort of a shadowban. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is a pro wrestling fan page. Content is perfectly fine and falls within the community guidelines, at least from what I understand.

Now this may sound a little dumb but I've read in a few places that Facebook deletes the pages sometimes when contacting support.

And do I need any active ads to get a hold of the support?

I do not think that they delete pages while contacting support. If you do not want to take risk , ask in general without mentioning specific page.

After reading stuff here on BHW I think that all networks (IG, Twitter, FB) are making some crazy cuts they are making less hashtags, they are banning stuff, I hope they will not go too far with this, but I think they want to "clean" networks. I don't know why your posts are getting low likes, but what @Stackz said, they maybe want you to pay them. I hope I'm not right.

And why you don't try asking support, maybe they will tell you what is going on. If your page is legit, you don't have to be afraid.

Thanks for the reply, it's definitely weird as an hour ago I was reaching around 20k people and all of a sudden it dropped to barely 1k. I'll try contacting the support, although I don't know how "legit" my page is .

Gronk certainly did haha.

Talked with Facebook Support and they said it's perfectly fine from their end.
Really frustrating as the drop is significant and now my other page with 25k likes reaches more than the main page with 530k likes. What is going on?!!

They make money from ads, why would they want people getting tons of free traffic? This has been going on for a while now.

Did you solve it?
My page has the same size (500k) and the reach is terrible. The page used to reach 16M+. Now I reach 1000 per post lol
Page quality is OK.
