Facebook PVA Account Creation

I am a little new to understanding all the ins and outs of facebook, but when you have a new Facebook PVA Account Created here by a service/individual can you change the main name of the account to reflect more about what it will be about?

Example, I hire someone to create a Facebook PVA Account for me and they come up with a name and such, but I want strictly for a business, can I change it over or am I better off having the Facebook PVA Account service create a business account for me in the first place.

Also, are there any Facebook PVA Account services that will set up an account for you based on your settings? I.E. I would like to have a specific name for it?

It really depends: they won`t give much even if you change the profile due to the millions of procedures and changes they have to take care of daily.

Usually they react and suspend accounts as soon as a user reports your profile to the fb security team (fake profiles, stolen names etc.)
