Once it need the identity or video selfie to unlock account, it will be very difficult. If it do not need that, you can unlock your account by getting a code through back up email or code by phone number if you have added it before.

You should have multiple backup profiles and assets like pages and ad accounts to be flexible when a profile gets banned. An account that is completely banned from FB is like a complete ban, because there is something about the integrity of the account.

Its so hard if want to unban a permanent profile ban, permanent it mean that you were going against and violated FB policy, if after send a review request, they still ban the account, there is no way to open it again.

You're not likely to come across anyone with that level of connection required to unban an account just anywhere. And heads up, I'd be very critical of anyone claiming to have the convenient solution for your problem if I were you. That said, it's still best to take it up to Meta or Facebook's official channels. If you have the necessary identity verification info or whatever else they need, you'd be able to get your account back, unless it's from some serious ban offense or some such.
Also, if your account has been flagged as non-recover or something/they tell you the unban can't be reversed, then it's time to start considering your options for a new account.

There’s no reliable way to recover a permanently banned account. You might try hiring freelancers, but be cautious with your money.
