It is very difficult to get the cooperation of an internal staff. You can only prepare more accounts to reserve for future projects.

Getting a ban lifted is very difficult, and sometimes it costs more than getting a new account.

As far as I know, permanent bans on Facebook profiles are very hard to reverse. The only safe route is usually going through the official Meta support/appeal process, although success rates are limited.
