Hello my friend! In my case, Facebook restricted my account for 90 days, but after I showed my face as required by Meta AI's KYC process, they eventually restored my activity on the platform. In your case, I'm not sure why Facebook is placing so many demands on your account!

It is better to create a new profile and use account farming techniques
 
There is no other choice but you need to use a new profile with a new Fb account and fill in all the information. With the old account, if you have an email, you can try sending support once.

First your original profile must have a valid ID, then if the ad needs to be verified in the working country, having a valid ID will help you.

Whether your personal account or Business Manager has been restricted, both can be appealed, and it's possible to have them reinstated and continue running ads effectively. The success of the appeal largely depends on the quality of the via (account) used for the appeal.

If it is permanently restricted, there is no other way, just switch to a new account.
 
Yeah, unfortunately, if Facebook permanently restricts a profile due to failed identity verification - and you missed the one-time verification window - it’s really hard to recover.
Once that option disappears, they usually don’t offer a second chance unless it was a system error. Even appealing it rarely works unless you have a real ID and a very strong case.
Your best option now might be to stop using that profile and create a new one - aged slowly and used carefully. Also make sure not to trigger suspicious behavior too early (e.g. jumping straight into ad accounts or BM access).
It sucks, but Facebook's identity system is super strict nowadays
